CFO & Coordinator, San Francisco Silkies Hike at Irreverent Warriors

Colin Campbell is the current CFO and Coordinator of the San Francisco Silkies Hike at Irreverent Warriors. Colin has also previously worked as an Area Operations Manager at Amazon and a Warehouse Operations Manager at Clutter. Colin has experience in leading teams, streamlining operations, and increasing productivity. At Amazon, they led a team of 140+ associates and helped sort and ship 300k+ units per shift. Colin also executed multiple 5S projects to help standardize the fulfillment center. Utilizing real-time data, they were able to improve outbound accuracy errors which lead to a 5% increase in production efficiency. At Clutter, Colin utilized data and warehouse metrics to streamline operations which increased productivity by 10%. Colin also established company-wide standard operating procedures for warehouse processes that were implemented in every warehouse in the US. Colin restructured the warehouse team and implemented 5S in the warehouse which helped make their branch the most profitable. Colin also designed and implemented new boxes that maximized the cubic footage per pallet which cut their cost per customer by 50%.

After completing their undergraduate degree at UC Santa Cruz, Colin Campbell attended the Officer Candidate School (OCS) to become a Marine Corps officer. Colin then completed the Combat Engineer Officer Course and The Basic School (TBS) to become a Platoon Commander. After their time in the Marines, Colin Campbell attended UCLA Anderson School of Management to earn their MBA in Business Administration and Management. Colin also holds certifications in Green Belt Six Sigma, ARUGS Enterprise Certification, and OSHA 30 Hour Certificate for General Industry from the University of South Florida.
