Todd Stein has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Todd is currently working as a Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute since May 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Irrimax Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President Legal, starting in December 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Principal at TMS LLC. Todd also served as a Senior Fellow at George Washington University's Center for Cyber & Homeland Security from 2015 to 2017. Todd Stein has worked as Counsel at Kitchens New Cleghorn LLC from 2013 to 2015 and as a Lecturer and Deputy Director at Morehouse School of Medicine from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013. From 2008 to 2011, Todd Stein served as the Legislative Director and General Counsel at the Office of Senator Joseph Lieberman (I-CT), and from 2006 to 2008, they worked as the Majority Counsel at the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. Todd started their career as the Policy Director for Joe Lieberman for Senate in 2006.
Todd Stein attended Vanderbilt University Law School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in English Language and Literature at King's College London from 1996 to 1997. Todd completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science at Emory University from 1992 to 1996.
