Philippe Bertin

Philippe Bertin is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and network engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at IRT B-com and a Senior Research Engineer at Orange Labs since November 2013, Philippe Bertin focuses on managing research projects related to future network architecture and infrastructure, particularly in the areas of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Virtualization. With a career spanning multiple roles at Orange since October 2006, Philippe Bertin is a Senior Research Expert specializing in mobility and multi-access network architectures. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager at France Telecom R&D and various roles involving WLAN deployments and cellular systems from 1994 to 2006. Philippe Bertin holds a PhD in Computer Sciences - Telecommunications from Telecom Bretagne and advanced degrees in Computer Sciences from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Pierre and Marie Curie University, and Paris-Sud University.
