Dave Waddell

Dave Waddell has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Dave started their career at Macy's in 1989, where they held various management positions until 2006. Dave then served as the VP of Operations for Macy's stores in Northern California, Colorado, Hawaii, Reno, and Guam from 2006 to 2009. Afterwards, they joined Macy's again as the District Operations Director in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2017. Currently, they are the Vice President of Retail Property Management at the Irvine Company since 2018. In this role, they oversee property management for retail properties.

Dave Waddell obtained their California Bureau of Real Estate License (#2056016) from the California Bureau of Real Estate in 2017-2027. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from San Diego State University from 1984-1989. In January 2018, Dave also obtained the California Bureau of Real Estate Licensee certification from CaBRE.
