Richard Odness

Richard Odness is an experienced operations and real estate professional with a strong background in managing retail real estate portfolios. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Irvine Company since October 2017, Richard oversees a diverse range of shopping centers. Previously, as Real Estate Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from August 2011 to March 2017, Richard managed a regional portfolio of 175 locations and successfully negotiated deals that saved $900K in rental expenses. Richard has also provided independent consulting services to small businesses and held the position of Senior Lease Administrator at Wet Seal, Inc., where management of a large lease portfolio and market analysis were key responsibilities. Richard's career began in the U.S. Army, where management of a logistical operation for thousands of soldiers was pivotal. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
