Donna Sumption

Donna Sumption is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing project cost, schedule, and performance, particularly within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Project Controller at IBA since January 2016, Donna has previously held project management roles at Technatomy Corporation, ER Williams, Inc., and Jacer Corporation, leading teams in IT systems integration and portfolio management. Donna’s background includes significant contributions as a Business Analyst in the Veterans Affairs sector, where requirements for various health services systems were documented and developed. Donna holds an MPA in Public Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Vermont.
