ILiara Pagan has worked in the beauty industry since 2005. Her first role was as a MedSpa Lead Aesthetician & Massage Therapist at the San Francisco Aesthetic Medicine Institute. In 2006, they became a Corporate National Educator & Trainer at Natura Bissé, where they conducted nationwide Corporate Trainings, trained new/existing employees and accounts in spa treatments, product knowledge, and retail. In 2010, they moved to Trump International Beach Resort as a Spa Supervisor, where they provided financial reports for the accounting department, performed payroll, recruited and trained staff, and assisted with marketing and sales promotions ideas. In 2012, they became the Operations Manager at LACE Nail & Retail Lab, where they administered the day-to-day operations of a $500K business and increased revenue by 30%. In 2013, they worked as a Spa Director Assistant at Williams Island POA, where they conducted daily walk throughs of the 5 STAR-27,000 sf-2 story residential club level. In 2015, they became the Lifestyle Director & Regional Service Provider Manager at NFC Amenity Management at First Service Residential Properties, where they were in charge of all aspects of the Spa and Fitness Department. In 2018, they joined Dr. Babor GmbH & Co. KG as a Corporate Educator & Trainer, where they were a BABOR Expert Method Certified Educator and conducted onsite Hands On, Product Knowledge Trainings and Webinars in the Southeast, Caribbean, and Mexico. Most recently, in 2020, they joined iS CLINICAL as a Territory Business Manager.

ILiara Pagan attended Cristina Sorli Centro de Capacitacion de Estetica in Barcelona, Spain, where they received training as an Esthetician & Massage Therapist in 2004. ILiara also attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they obtained an AAS Degree in Fashion Design in 2001.
