Jose Luis Ceballos

Jose Luis Ceballos is a seasoned professional in project development and civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Development Analyst at ISA Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. since August 2011, where responsibilities include evaluating the feasibility of power transmission projects across several Latin American countries and developing CAPEX estimates. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineering Analyst, where civil engineering designs for substations were led, and as a university lecturer teaching Seismic Engineering and Numerical Methods.
