Bianca Pansonato Lima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bianca started their career in 2016 as an "Atendente de telemarketing" at Atento Brasil, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they joined Gympass as an "Assistente de atendimento academias," where they performed various tasks such as analyzing processes, resolving issues with partners, creating Help Center materials, and training new team members. In 2020, they moved on to Bom Pra Crédito as an "Analista de Customer Experience" until 2022. Currently, they are working as a "Customer Analyst" at Isaac, starting in November 2022.
