William G. has a diverse work experience in the medical field. In 2020, they served as the Vice President of the International Student Association of Emergency Medicine (ISAEM) and as the North America Chapter Lead for the International Association of Student Surgical Societies (IASSS). In 2021, they were an Active Member of the Asociación Mexicana de Médicos en Formación (AMMEF) A.C and held various roles in the Asociación Científica de Estudiantes de Medicina del Estado de Jalisco (ACEMJAL), including Local Projects Director and Local Officer's on Medical Education Assistant. William also worked as a Medical Intern at SecretarIa de Salud, specifically at Hospital Regional de Puerto Vallarta (HRPV) and Clínica Hospital No. 24 ISSSTE, where they gained experience in different medical rotations. In 2022, they joined the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations and Toufik's World Medical Association as an Editorial Board Member and Research Fellow, respectively. William also became a member of the NeuroEquity Coalition and the International Student Surgical Network (InciSioN).
