Rikki T. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the software and hairdressing industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and previously as Service and Delivery Manager at iSalon Software since January 2013, Rikki leads a team focused on customer integrations, installations, and training, achieving impressive support metrics. Rikki has also held the role of Head of Product & Education, overseeing product development and user experience improvements, and served as Product Manager, enhancing product profitability and innovation. Prior to iSalon, Rikki worked at Integrity Software as a Senior Business Consultant and Professional Services Manager, and held the position of Managing Director at Evolve Hair Design. Rikki began a career in hairdressing as a Senior Stylist at Umberto Giannini, contributing to the team’s success during a renowned period in the company's history, including winning the British Hairdresser of the Year award in 1999. Education was completed at Shenley Court College and 6th Form.
