Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on an online store that promotes organic body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana practiced as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and taught courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
