Marcin Wasaznik

Marcin Wasaznik, MSc, S.E. is an experienced structural engineer with a robust background in project management, compliance, and design across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manual and Code Compliance Lead at ISAT Total Support since April 2022, Marcin functions as the primary contact for all company-wide manual inquiries and serves as Engineer of Record for several design manuals and reports. Previous roles include Project Manager at Bushra.Tsai. Incorporated, where Marcin analyzed and designed structural elements for tilt-up buildings, and Project Engineer at FICCADENTI WAGGONER and CASTLE Structural Engineers, focusing on multi-story buildings and force resisting systems. Marcin has contributed to the development of professional engineering exams as a Subject Matter Expert for the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists, and has held positions ranging from Design Engineer II to Associate Engineer in the field of structural engineering. Marcin obtained a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Southern California and holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
