Lucy Choi

Lucy has the distinction of being the earliest employee hire at ISBX, joining the team in 2010 as an intern from UCLA. Her earliest roles at ISBX were assisting the management team in receiving inbound phone calls, and managing client projects.

After completing a 1 year internship at ISBX and graduating from UCLA with a Bachelors in Psychology, Lucy began managing her own client projects, working with companies like Cars 4 Causes, Arthritis Foundation, TBS, and Random House.

Lucy was also directly responsible for managing ISBX's Quality Assurance team engagement with Apple, helping to author and manage mutiple test plans, in addition to participating in QA and Regression testing.

In 2014 Lucy earned her Certified Scrum Master in certification in Project Management from Scrum Alliance. She enjoys her time reading Korean comics (Webtoon), and is married with two beautiful daughters.
