Mitch Jawitz

Mitch Jawitz has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding various leadership roles. Mitch is currently the EVP/Head of Sales at ISC, where they are responsible for growing sales across all product lines. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Sales Officer at Commercial Insurance from Pouch, driving sales through independent insurance agents and insure-tech companies.

From 2018 to 2021, Mitch worked at Anderson and Murison as an Executive Vice President, overseeing digital marketing, carrier relationships, IT implementation, and agent relations. During their tenure, they implemented new technologies and a CRM system, resulting in increased web traffic and improved internal efficiencies.

Before that, Mitch worked at National Lloyds Insurance Company as the Senior Vice President of Product Operations and later as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and IT Implementation. Mitch was responsible for product design, pricing, sales, marketing, and IT implementation.

From 2010 to 2014, Mitch served as the VP Marketing and Distribution at The Hanover Insurance Group, where they managed the marketing department and implemented The Platinum Experience, a new approach to personal lines insurance sales and service.

Before that, they held various roles at The Hartford, including Vice President of Distribution and Channel Management and Vice President of Product. During their time at The Hartford, Mitch had P&L responsibility for a $1.7 billion division and managed 10 product managers.

Prior to The Hartford, Mitch worked at Progressive Insurance as a Distribution and Product Manager, doubling sales in five years and managing a team across eleven states.

Mitch began their career at Allstate Insurance Company, where they held roles as a Marketing Manager and a Finance Manager, leading marketing programs in Southern California and working with Allstate agents to increase growth.

Mitch Jawitz received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Chatsworth High School. Additionally, they have a certification in General Insurance, but the details of when and where they obtained it are unknown.
