Marc Kortenray

Marc Kortenray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military intelligence and training management. Currently serving as the Strength and Training Manager for Reserve Forces and Strategic Planner at ISC Consulting Group since March 2014, Marc has played a key role in developing and translating strategies for the Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence. Previous positions include Command Inspector General at USAICoE, where oversight of over 35,000 personnel was managed, and Executive Officer for Training Development at the same organization, where coordination of training and operations was a primary responsibility. Marc's background also includes significant roles with NATO, providing intelligence analysis and policy guidance in both joint and multinational environments. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia, Marc continues to enhance professional knowledge through ongoing education at various military institutions.
