Swati Parmar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2011, they started their career at Aptech Computer Education as a Center Academic Head and Center Manager, where they handled junior faculties, guided them, and managed batch scheduling and training plans. Swati worked there until April 2016. From 2014 to 2017, they also worked as a Corporate Trainer, providing training as a freelancer.

Most recently, in May 2022, Swati started working at iSchoolConnect as a Sales Operation Analyst.
Swati Parmar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Swati attended the university from 2009 to 2011, focusing their studies in the field of Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained the certification for Google Docs Essential Training from LinkedIn in January 2023.
