Rob Erbes

Rob Erbes has a varied work experience in the information technology field. Rob began their career as a Field Service Technician at ETA Technology Services LLC in 2007, where they serviced schools and businesses, performing tasks such as troubleshooting networks, building computer labs, and optimizing wireless infrastructure. Rob then transitioned to Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2013, where they served as the Assistant Director of Network Administration. In this role, they managed and maintained a large number of workstations and servers, deploying operating systems and applications using SCCM and MDT. Rob also utilized Group Policy to enhance security and customization. In 2017, Rob joined ISCorp as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, responsible for designing and maintaining the company's information technology infrastructure. Rob was later promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology in November 2020.

Rob Erbes attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Additionally, they hold a certification in VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization from VMware, although the exact date of when they obtained this certification is unknown.
