KT Soon

KT Soon has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Technical Marketing at ISE Labs since July 2005. In this role, KT Soon oversees the provision of specialized packaging and assembly manufacturing expertise, enabling clients to efficiently transition from prototype to low volume production while avoiding the typical qualification processes. Prior to this, KT Soon held the position of Test Engineering Section Manager at AMD from July 1984 to July 2005, contributing significant knowledge and skills in engineering management within the semiconductor industry.
