Kyle Adams

Kyle Adams is a skilled technician with a diverse background in optics and customer service. Currently serving as a Diamond Turning Technician at Syntec Optics since August 2023, Kyle also holds the position of Network Technician at iSECURE, LLC, since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Tool Maker Apprentice at Bausch + Lomb from September 2022 to August 2023 and various roles including Floor Manager, Supervisor, and Customer Service Team Lead at Altitude Trampoline Parks from June 2015 to September 2022. Kyle began the career at Wegmans Food Markets as a Cashier Customer Service from August 2012 to May 2015, where valuable customer service skills were developed. Academically, Kyle earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Optical System Technology, along with a certificate in Optical Systems Technology from Monroe Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Rush Henrietta High School.
