Rio Novianto

Rio Novianto is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Regional Leader Technical Support at iSeller Commerce since August 2020. Prior roles at iSeller Commerce include Senior Technical Support and Junior Technical Support. Before this, Rio gained experience as an IT Support Technical at Device Network Android from July 2019 to August 2020 and as an Advisor at ACE Hardware from October 2018 to June 2019. Rio is currently pursuing a degree at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA), expected to be completed in 2024.
