Chinmaya Patra is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer success, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at iServeU since August 2018, Chinmaya manages 10 million user engagements and oversees revenue control. Prior to this role, Chinmaya was an Assistant Manager at Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on project management and financial analysis. Experience as a Central Coordinator at Mphasis involved overseeing a major project for Bharati Airtel Ltd, while earlier work as a Human Resources Administrator at HEARLD CONSULTING LTD encompassed manpower outsourcing. Chinmaya holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from the Intellectual Institute of Management & Technology and a bachelor's degree from Utkal University.
