Doug Fink

Doug Fink is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in operations and technology talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Tech Talent at iShift since January 2019, Doug has a proven track record of transforming workplace dynamics by focusing on the human aspect of technology solutions. Prior to iShift, Doug held significant roles at Insight Direct from May 1997 to January 2019, including Director of the Collaboration Practice and Vice President of Unified Communications, following Insight's acquisition of Calence, LLC in 2008. Doug's career began at Accenture as a Senior Consultant from 1993 to 1997. Doug holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
