Shelly Bloch

Shelly Bloch has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Chairperson at ISHRM since October 2018 and as VP Global HR at Johnson Controls since September 2016. Prior roles include VP HR and VP Global Resources & Strategy at Tyco Integrated Security, VP Resources & Strategy at Visonic Group, Head of Operations at HHC, and GM at Galor. Earlier in their career, Shelly held the position of COO at Walla! NEWS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Leicester and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs and English Language and Literature from Tel Aviv University.
