Ekta R

Ekta R has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Ekta currently serves as the Founding Head of Growth & Operations at Isima.io since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager Global Operations at SKIL Corporate Travel from June 2018 to November 2018, where they provided business operation solutions and managed logistics on a global scale. At Ericsson, they held the position of Consultant-Manager Operations from February 2018 to May 2018, where they were responsible for vendor management and process adherence.

Ekta'sprevious roles at Ericsson India included Manager-M&C Business Partner, MA from April 2017 to October 2017, where they executed employee meetups, supported marketing initiatives, and managed internal communications. Ekta also served as Assistant Manager-Customer Unit-West, India from April 2015 to March 2017, where they focused on employee engagement, change management, and diversity and inclusion programs. Additionally, they held the roles of Sr. Business Assistant from April 2012 to March 2015 and Customer Unit Assistant from November 2008 to March 2012.

Earlier in their career, Ekta worked as an Executive-Marketing Unit at Tata Motors Finance from November 2006 to November 2008, where they analyzed revenue and managed schemes. As an intern at MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD., they supported operational management and led tender submission activities. Ekta also gained internship experience at Morarjee Textiles Ltd and Mandpeshwar Civic Federation in 2005.

Ekta R began their education at Mumbai University Mumbai from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Ekta then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2008 and 2010. In 2021, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they simultaneously pursued an Executive MBA degree in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Diploma of Education in the same field. Both of these programs were completed in 2022.
