Jay Solanki

Jay Solanki has diverse work experience in the field of governance and pensions consulting. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Watson Wyatt Limited. Following this, they joined Premier Companies UK and held various roles, including Head of Pensions Consulting from 2003 to 2018, and later Head of Governance from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Isio as the Head of Governance.

Jay Solanki began their education at The Royal Wolverhampton School, where they studied from 1976 to 1978. Jay then transferred to Tulketh High School in Preston for the period between 1978 and 1979. After completing their time there, they attended W R Tuson College in Preston from 1979 to 1981. Finally, Jay went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
