Kenul Vazirova Kangarli (Gassimova) has a strong background in international law and extensive experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation. Kenul has worked in various roles at organizations such as Islamic Relief USA, World Bank's Judicial Services and Smart Infrastructure Project, Chemonics International, and American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. With a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws in International Law from Baku State University, Kenul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work as a Lead Results and Learning Specialist.
