Melina Salazar

Melina Salazar has extensive experience in management within the food service industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Island Fin Poke Company since July 2017. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Vines + Forks by TWB and General Manager at Big Kahuna and Bavaro’s Pizza Napoletana and pastaria. Melina also held the position of Executive Chef and Store Manager at The Wine Barn and owned Manhattan Pizza from January 2009 to July 2012. Early career experience includes working as a Relocation Department Supervisor at IBM. Melina is an alumnus of Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
