Jamie Braman has extensive experience in communications, strategic partnerships, and public affairs. They have held various roles in different organizations, including Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, and the Government of British Columbia. At Island Health, Jamie served as the Vice President in communication and partnerships roles, providing strategic direction and advising senior leadership on organizational-level partnerships. They also led initiatives to promote health and wellness within communities. Prior to that, Jamie held the position of Vice President in communications and public affairs at Interior Health Authority. Additionally, they worked as a Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Environment in the Government of British Columbia. Jamie Braman attended the University of Victoria from 1996 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2014, they went on to study at Royal Roads University and completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership in 2016.
