Nichole Pereira

Nichole Pereira's work experience includes serving as the Director of Patient Safety at Island Health. Nichole has also worked at Alberta Health Services, where they held roles such as Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Pediatric Critical Care Program, Clinical Quality Improvement Consultant, and Registered Nurse. Additionally, they worked at the University of Alberta as a Change Management Facilitator and Graduate Research Assistant. Nichole also served as the Director at MENTOR US.

Nichole Pereira holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Quality from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership (Program Planning & Evaluation) from the University of Alberta between 2014 and 2016. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which they completed at the University of Alberta from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Nichole has obtained certifications in Research Ethics from the Government of Canada and Prosci Change Management, Change Practitioner Certificate from Prosci.
