Michele Mainelli

Michele Mainelli is the SVP of Revenue Management at Island Hospitality Management, LLC. Michele has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in revenue management.

Michele started their career as a revenue manager at Island Hospitality Management in 2004. Michele successfully managed 21 hotels across 10 states from Washington to Maine to Georgia. In 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Revenue Management. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing sales data for Island Hospitality Management's 2544 rooms across 3 brands.

In September 2014, Michele was promoted to SVP of Revenue Management. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of revenue management for Island Hospitality Management's portfolio of over 60 hotels.
