Jonas Marie Dumdum

Jonas Marie Dumdum has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at NRI (Nomura Research Institute) Singapore - Manila Branch in the Manila Sustainability Service and Industry Solutions Consulting (ISC) Sector. They are also an Executive Team Member at the Gerry Roxas Foundation. In addition, they serve as the Corporate Secretary at SustainablePH and as the Permanent Representative in the Stakeholders' Chamber for the Sustainable Development Goals at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines. Furthermore, they are a Project Lead at De La Salle University, an Island Innovation Ambassador, and a European Climate Pact Ambassador for the Philippines at the European Commission. They are also a Co-Founder, Co-Host, and Researcher at SUSTAINARUMBLE! and a member of the International Pool of Community Advisors at makesense. Lastly, they hold the role of a 2020 Youth 4 Sustainable Cities Ambassador (Manila) and a Climate Reality Leader at The Climate Reality Project.

Jonas Marie Dumdum's education history begins in 1999 at Caltex American School - Duri Campus, where they completed their primary education. From 2003 to 2007, Jonas attended Misamis Occidental National High School, obtaining their high school diploma.

In 2007, Jonas enrolled at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. This program lasted until 2015, when Jonas successfully obtained their degree.

Following their undergraduate studies, Jonas pursued further education at the University of South Wales in 2016. They completed a Master's degree in Renewable Energy and Resource Management in 2017.

In 2018, Jonas attended the Asian Institute of Management, where they completed a program in Leadership in Project Management for Development.

In addition to their formal education, Jonas also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Registered Chemist through the Professional Regulation Commission. In 2016, Jonas became a Student Member of the Energy Institute, and in 2017, they achieved the status of Associate Member of the Energy Institute (AMEI). In 2019, Jonas obtained certifications in ISO 14001 Foundation - Environmental Management, ISO 27001 Foundation - Information Security, and ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality from ADEC Innovations. Finally, in 2020, Jonas completed the Climate Reality Leadership Training program offered by The Climate Reality Project.
