Lia Morris is a seasoned professional in community development and environmental policy, currently serving as the Senior Community Development Officer at Island Institute since August 2021. In this role, Lia leads the Marine Decarbonization program, focusing on beneficial electrification initiatives along Maine's coastline, including electric and hybrid-electric marine propulsion projects.
