Holly Williams is a Marketing and Creative Director at Island Records since September 2018. Prior to this role, she was the Head of Marketing & Creative at Island Records and also held positions at WGSN, Parlophone Records / Warner Music, Parlophone Records / EMI Music, and EMI Music. Holly has won the Music Week Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year in 2011 for her work with Tinie Tempah. She has a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Creative Writing from Falmouth University. Holly has also worked as a Project Manager at MindShare and Marketing Executive at Vision Nine, focusing on events and brands like Pepsi Co and Relentless Energy Drink.
