James Brewer

James Brewer is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Planning Team Leader for Policy & Delivery at Isle of Wight Council since July 2020. Previously, James held the role of Associate Director at Savills from July 2017 to July 2020, and served as Principal Planning Officer at Portsmouth City Council from November 2006 to June 2017. James began their career with positions at St Albans District Council as a Planning Policy Officer and at Harlow Council as a Planning Officer. James holds a BA (Hons) in Planning Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
