Elvira Serra, PhD, is a Principal Consultant at Isle Utilities since July 2016, specializing in H2020 projects such as VIVALDI and has contributed to the market uptake of innovative technologies through roles as a Senior Technology Consultant, including projects INCOVER and RUN4Life. Prior experience includes serving as a Water Engineer at AUDINGINTRAESA, S.A., focusing on energy audits and tender documentation for wastewater treatment plants, and two periods as a Project Manager overseeing the operation and maintenance of numerous wastewater treatment plants and desalination facilities.
