Michael Giacchetto

Michael Giacchetto currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction at Islip Public School District since July 2022 and has been the School Principal at Islip Schools since August 2018, overseeing a K-1 building. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Assistant Principal at West Islip Unified School District from December 2014 to August 2018. Michael began a career in education as a teacher at Patchogue-Medford School District, where tenure lasted from September 2000 to December 2014.
