Shalu Chinai's work experience includes serving as the Head of Global Human Resources and India Operations at Integrated Systems Management, Inc. from January 2018 to the present. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing operations, talent acquisition, talent management, change management, performance management, culture development, compensation and rewards, leadership development, employee engagement, office administration, and finance and accounts. Additionally, Shalu has worked as the Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisitions at Scan Point Geomatics Ltd from March 2017 to February 2018, where they led the corporate HR function and initiated various HR activities such as training and development, staffing, performance appraisals, employee motivation and involvement, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.
