Rafael Angel Marrero

Rafael Angel Marrero possesses extensive experience in security management, recruitment, and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a Professional/Staff Recruiter at Sphrion since September 2017, Rafael is also an Account Security Manager at Allied Universal and a General Administrator for Property Management Inc. since December 2016 and May 2016, respectively. Additionally, Rafael has held the position of Director of Security and Safety & Occupational Health at FIRST HOSPITAL PANAMERICANO INC since February 2015. Previous roles include General Manager of ISMG International Security Management Group's Puerto Rico branch, President and CEO of Security Enforcement Services LLC, and CEO/General Manager of Security Enforcement Services LLC from 1994 to 2012. Rafael's career began as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Policia de Puerto Rico, culminating in over two decades of dedicated service. Educationally, Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from UPR/UMET Carolina and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology from the Puerto Rico Police Academy.
