Billy Elmore

Billy Elmore has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of database engineering and programming. Billy started their career at Netcom in 1992 as a Sr. Developer and then moved on to DataReturn as a Developer from 1997 to 1999. Billy later joined Southern Methodist University as an Oracle DBA Instructor, where they developed and delivered classes on Oracle 8 and Oracle 8i. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Intellinex as a Sr. Software Architect and then transitioned to INTELLINEX / ERNST & YOUNG INC as a Senior Database Architect / Developer / Project Manager, providing technical leadership for designing and developing custom database solutions. From 2004 to 2010, they served as Manager of Business Applications at WIZETRADE GROUP, functioning as a Senior Production / Development DBA and a project manager for software development and installation projects.

Afterwards, Billy joined Brinks Inc. as a Sr. Programmer Analyst from 2010 to 2012, where they provided development and programming support for internal and external client applications.
