Harsh Bijlani has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and engineering. Harsh is currently working at ISN as an Advanced Data Analyst specializing in automation and machine learning. Prior to their current role, they were a Data Analyst at the same company, focusing on automation and machine learning as well.

Before joining ISN, Harsh worked at BallerTV as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer. In this position, they developed production-level code using TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV to detect and classify numbers on scoreboards in various conditions. Harsh also utilized traditional computer vision algorithms to efficiently solve complex problems and created a pipeline for selecting the best scoreboard out of multiple detections in a single setup.

Harsh also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at BallerTV. During this time, they explored different color spaces for image segmentation and object detection. Harsh collected a large dataset from videos and built a CNN model with 96.55% accuracy.

Additionally, Harsh served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington. Harsh was responsible for facilitating discussion sessions, creating tutorials/videos, and grading assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams in computer networking and intermediate programming courses.

Earlier in their career, Harsh worked as an Industrial Trainee at Zensar Technologies.
