Josh M.

Josh M. has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Josh started their professional journey as a Business Intelligence Consultant at CDCOM - Puebla in November 2016 and worked there until May 2017. In January 2016, they became an English Teacher at Interlingua México, where they taught until January 2018. From June 2017 to January 2018, they worked as a Social Media Specialist at Empresas UPAEP. In 2019, they joined ISN as a Summer Business Development Intern for two months. Josh then pursued a Master's degree and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University from July 2018 to June 2020. Afterward, they returned to ISN and assumed the role of Business Development Associate - Contractor Development from June 2020 to April 2021. Josh was promoted to the position of Senior Associate - Upstream in April 2021 and held the role until January 2023. Currently, they serve as a Bilingual Account Representative - Latin America and an Account Representative - Upstream at ISN, starting in January 2023.

Josh M. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Analytics from Oklahoma State University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Intelligence and Business Development, specializing in Creativity and Innovation, from UPAEP, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Josh M. obtained two certifications. In October 2021, they completed the "Writing Emails People Want to Read" certification from LinkedIn, and in August 2021, they earned the "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals" certification, also from LinkedIn.
