Ryan Hertling

Ryan Hertling has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ryan began their career as an Engineering Intern at Turner Construction Company in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Boeing, where they managed multiple facility projects and conducted research and analysis for long-term business planning.

Ryan then joined ExxonMobil in 2018 as a Project Manager, taking on responsibilities such as project cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for a multi-billion dollar capital project. Ryan also spearheaded change management initiatives and resource planning efforts.

In 2021, Ryan transitioned to Novo Labs, Inc., where they held the position of Senior Product Analyst. In this role, they worked on product development and improvement, focusing on evaluating the performance of an AI platform and implementing methods to enhance efficiency. Ryan collaborated with various teams to continuously enhance the service and provide valuable insights.

Currently, Ryan is employed at ISN as a Product Analyst, starting in 2023.

Ryan Hertling received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification in Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2020.
