Stephen Deshazo

Stephen DeShazo serves as the In-House Counsel for Isola Homes, a Seattle home builder, since October 2015, overseeing legal matters related to 300 completed development projects. Prior to this role, Stephen was part of the Office of General Counsel at Noble House Hotels & Resorts in 2015, where involvement included coordinating over $300 million in luxury hotel real estate transactions and managing litigation for a large organization. Earlier legal experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel for Tred.com, a web-based startup, and as an Associate at Zulauf & Chambliss, focusing on federal wire fraud cases. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
