James Liverett is an experienced Broadcast Engineer and educator, currently serving as an Engineer/Instructor at Isothermal Community College since September 1986, where responsibilities include managing the radio and television facility and teaching in the Broadcasting and Production Technology curriculum. In addition to this role, James has served as a Distance Learning Media Coordinator, providing consultation to the IT department. As the owner of Foothills Engineering Services since October 1989, James specializes in broadcast engineering and consulting. Previous experience includes the position of Chief Engineer at WNCW Radio from 1989 to 2001, overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of studio, transmitter, and translator facilities. James holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Education and Electronics Engineering Technology from Isothermal Community College.
