Sandra Lackner

Sandra Lackner currently serves as the Dean of Students at Isothermal Community College, a role held since December 2016, where efforts have focused on enhancing cross-departmental relationships and improving various student services. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions & Student Activities at Wilson Community College, where strategic priorities increased enrollment and improved student experiences. Sandra has also contributed as a Professional School Counselor in both early college and alternative school settings, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Redline Recovery Services, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in School Counseling, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and an Associate in Science in Criminal Justice.
