Oleksandr Oberemok

Oleksandr Oberemok is a Senior Researcher at the V.E. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics NAS Ukraine, where responsibilities include managing the laboratory of mass spectrometric analysis and formulating and implementing research tasks in current physical topics. Additionally, Oleksandr holds a position as a Senior Researcher at the ISP, Institute of Semiconductor Physics since May 1999. Oleksandr obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Radio Physics and Microelectronics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed postgraduate studies at ISP NAS Ukraine, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics with a focus on surface physics and microelectronics.
