Emily Morgan

Emily Morgan is an accomplished educator and author with extensive experience in science education and curriculum development. Currently serving as the Moonshot Ohio Coordinator for the Ohio Afterschool Network and an author at Corwin, Emily has contributed significantly to literature focused on connecting students with nature. Morgan's previous roles include Board Member and Education Committee Chair at iSPACE, and author of the "Next Time You See" book series with the National Science Teaching Association. As a co-creator of the award-winning "Picture-Perfect Science" materials, Emily has been instrumental in enhancing science and literacy education for grades K-5. Additional experience includes planning professional development for science teachers through the High AIMS Consortium and the Hamilton County ESC, and facilitating hands-on science education as a Science Lab Teacher and 7th Grade Science Teacher. Emily holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Dayton and two Bachelor's degrees in Education from Wright State University.
