Naveen Krishnamsetti

Naveen Krishnamsetti has over 14 years of work experience in Human Resources. Naveen started their career in 2005 as an HR Executive at Social Computers. In 2006, they joined Paradigm IT Group (eCentric, Mtuity / Quantela, Metalkraft) as an HR Executive, then as an Assistant Manager - HR, and then as a Manager - Corporate HR. In their role as Manager - Corporate HR, they were responsible for Talent Acquisition for Smart City, IoT, Mobile Applications, Big Data Analytics, Life Sciences (Medidata Rave), Employee Engagement & Relations, and HR and Process Audits. In 2015, they joined iSpace, Inc. as a Senior Manager - HR and Manager - HR & TA.

Naveen Krishnamsetti's education history began in 1988 when they completed their 10th grade at Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer. Naveen then attended Vidwan Junior College from 1998 to 2000, studying MPC. In 2000, they enrolled in Acharya Nagarjuna University and completed their BCA in Computers in 2003. After that, they went on to attend Bankatlal Badruka College For Information Technology, where they obtained their PGDM in HRM in 2005. Most recently, they completed a Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) program at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018.
