Vanesa Romero

Vanesa Romero has worked in various roles within the human resources field. Vanesa started their career at Adecco in 2018, where they worked as an Intern Human Resources Consultant. Their responsibilities included candidate recruitment, selection, and evaluation, conducting interviews and reference checks, updating the candidate database, and managing personnel administration tasks. Vanesa then moved on to work as a Customer Representative at SELLBYTEL Group Spain for a few months before joining Marlex Human Capital as a Responsible for Personnel Selection. In this role, they were responsible for defining job descriptions, publishing job vacancies, and conducting candidate recruitment, selection, and evaluation through various methods. Their most recent role is at ISPROX, where they serve as a Recruitment Consultant Manager. Their main objective in this role is to select talent for companies that prioritize human capital and focus on providing an excellent, transparent, and flexible experience for clients and candidates.
